Semi-Private Training

12:00pm – 12:45pm (Monday, Wednesday and Saturday)

Semi-private training sessions are a very cost-effective option. You will still receive personal attention and experience the benefit of personal training time. Semi-private training allows for a variety of fitness enthusiasts to be training at the same time, in the same space. Disciplines include your choice of Pilates, weight training, stretching and toning, and sports conditioning. Not recommended for beginner level clients; available for up to 4 participants.
